Barcelona have come up with a new plan for Ansu Fati following his return to the club from a season-long loan with Barcelona.
It had been previously claimed that Barcelona wanted to offload Fati, but Mundo Deportivo now report he will be given a chance to prove himself.
Barca have seemingly realised it will be difficult to find a new club for Fati and so will do their best to try and get him back to his best form instead.
The Catalans will draw up a specialised fitness plan when he returns with the squad next month for the start of pre-season.
Barca’s new medical staff, which has been reshaped following Xavi’s exit, will be charged with taking special care of Fati – in the same way Pedri has been more carefully managed recently.
The club would love to get Fati back to his best, as it would feel like a new signing, but know it will be a challenge due to the numerous physical setbacks he’s endured.
