Deco holds fresh talks with Dani Olmo’s agent amid continued Barcelona transfer talk
Barcelona sporting director Deco has been spotted in a fresh meeting with Dani Olmo’s agent amid continued speculation about a possible move to Catalunya.
It’s previously been reported that Barca have made an offer to Olmo, even though Nico Williams is the club’s top target, and are willing to pay his release clause.
The latest updates claim Deco has held further talks and the operation to sign Olmo is now in “full swing.”

Olmo hasn’t said too much about his future but has admitted there are “several options” available to him this summer.
Bayern Munich are also thought to be keen, although Olmo has previously admitted he’d love to come back to Barcelona.
The problem for Barcelona will, of course, be trying to fund the move. It’s already been suggested Barca would have to offload an “important player” to sign Olmo which is likely to prove tricky.
Ronald Araujo’s injury appears to have ruled out any potential exit, Frenkie de Jong has always made it clear he’s going nowhere, while Raphinha appears determined to stay too.
