Lamine Yamal Becomes Youngest FC Barcelona Player To Record 50 Official Appearances


FC Barcelona Vs Rayo Vallecano: FC Barcelona’s teen sensation Lamine Yamal has scripted history by becoming the youngest ever Barcelona player to make 50 official appearances. The feat was acheived during the Spaniard’s appearance in FC Barcelona Vs Rayo Vallecano La Liga 2023/24 Matchday 37 fixture, which Xavi Hernandez’s men won 3-0.

The La Masia product has now recorded 50 official appearances at the age of 16 years 10 months 6 days, surpasing the record of former young prodigy of FC Barcelona — Bojan Krkic, who held the record with the age of 18 years 3 days, followed by current FC Barcelona player and 2021 FIFA Golden Boy winner — Pedri, who did it at the age of 18 years 5 months 13 days.
