PSG join race to sign Barcelona target Joshua Kimmich

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined the race to land Joshua Kimmich from Bayern Munich.

Barcelona have been linked with the Germany international who could be set to end his career with the Bavarian giants.

Kimmich is now into the final 12 months of his contract at the Allianz Arena and is yet to agree a new deal.

RMC Sport are reporting that PSG have turned their attentions to Kimmich after giving up on their attempts to land Joao Neves from Benfica.

Luis Enrique is also said to be an admirer of Kimmich and appreciates his versatility, leadership and quality.

Bayern are expected to complete the signing of João Palhinha from Fulham shortly, and it could be the midfielder’s arrival opens the door for Kimmich to leave.

Hansi Flick is also said to be keen on Kimmich but the club’s priority at the moment appears to be Nico Williams.
