Barcelona have reportedly slapped a €100 million price tag on Ronald Araujo and view the Uruguayan as the most likely defender to leave this summer.
Diario Sport are reporting that Barcelona are hoping that offers for the 25-year-old arrive in the coming weeks and claim Bayern and Manchester United could move for Araujo.
Barcelona have plenty of center-backs for next season, with Xavi wanting Eric Garcia back in the squad after his loan spell with Girona.
He’ll join Inigo Martinez, Pau Cubarsi, Jules Kounde, Andreas Christensen and Mikayil Faye – leaving Araujo as the man Barca hope to sell to raise funds.
The Catalans think that if they do sell Araujo for around €100m they will be able to sign a midfielder or a forward to strengthen the squad.
Barcelona and Deco are due to meet Araujo’s agents shortly to talk about his future and, according to Sport at least, a possible summer exit.
