Barcelona keen on paying Dybala’s release clause

Barcelona are reportedly eyeing a summer move for Roma attacker Paulo Dybala.

The Argentine forward has only one more year left on his current deal with the Giallorossi; his future remains uncertain as the club have not made any attempt to renew his contract yet.

Following Jose Mourinho’s dismissal from Roma earlier in January, Dybala could consider departing the Italian capital.

According to El Nacional, Barcelona have come knocking on the ex-Juve man’s door – the Catalan side are keen on paying his release clause this coming summer.

Their sporting director, Deco, is a big admirer of Dybala and wants to make him one of Barcelona’s top signings of the summer.

Dybala, on the other hand, is still focused on Roma but if the Giallorossi were to once again fail in their Champions League qualification, his entourage would likely push for a move away.
