Work continues for the FC Barcelona senior squad at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper as they prepare for this Sunday’s fixture at home to Granada. That’s a 9pm CET kick-off against a side battling relegation, but who have taken points of the Catalans in their last four league meetings.
On Wednesday, the squad had returned to duty after a short break and on Thursday they were back at the training ground, working for what will hopefully be a third consecutive win to put even more pressure on Liga pacemakers Real Madrid and Girona, both of whom dropped two points at the weekend.
For today’s session, the non-injured first team players were joined by Unai Hernández, Pau Víctor, Héctor Fort, Pau Cubarsí, Marc Casadó and Mikayil Faye of Barça Atlètic, as well as Quim Junyent and Brian Fariñas from the U19 side.

The day ended with the blaugrana squad and coaching staff all enjoying a barbecue organised by captain Sergi Roberto, who turned 32 yesterday.
