Official: Barcelona starting lineup against Unionistas de Salamanca | Copa del Rey
Barcelona will be looking to bounce back strongly from their Spanish Super Cup debacle when they take on Unionistas de Salamanca in the Copa del Rey Round of 16 in a little while.
With the game set to kick off in under a couple of hours, manager Xavi Hernandez has unveiled the starting XI that will be taking the field at Estadio Municipal Reina Sofia.
Inaki Pena continues between the sticks for Barcelona, while he is shielded by the centre-back pairing of Jules Kounde and Andreas Christensen, with Ronald Araujo suspended.
La Masia graduates Sergi Roberto and Alejandro Balde are the starting full-backs.
Meanwhile, Oriol Romeu gets a rare start in midfield for Barcelona, where he is partnered with Fermin Lopez and Frenkie de Jong.
Up top, Marc Guiu makes his first-ever start for Barcelona in the centre-forward position. With Lamine Yamal and Raphinha unavailable, Ferran Torres and Joao Felix occupy the remaining two attacking slots. Vitor Roque remains on the bench.
