Official: Barcelona squad list to face Real Betis; centre-back misses out
Barcelona will shortly travel to Seville for their La Liga encounter against Real Betis tomorrow evening at the Benito Villamarin.
Ahead of the game, Barça manager Xavi Hernandez has released the squad list of players that will be making the trip for the match.
The big news is that defender Andreas Christensen has not made the list after picking up a minor discomfort against Unionistas de Salamanca earlier in the week.
It was expected that the Danish defender would be ready, but he did not train with the group today and will not be travelling.
It could lead to minutes for youngsters like Hector Fort or Pau Cubarsi, who made his first-team debut earlier this week.
Meanwhile, Ronald Araujo and Lamine Yamal are back in the squad after serving out their suspension during the cup tie on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Gavi, Marcos Alonso, Inigo Martinez, and Joao Cancelo all miss out with injuries, although the latter could be back next week against Athletic Club in the Copa del Rey.
