Official: Barcelona starting lineup against PSG

The big day is here as the Parc des Princes get ready to host the biggest game of this season’s quarter-finals as Barcelona take on PSG for the first-leg.

The Catalans are unbeaten across their last 12 games, but PSG’s unbeaten streak has been going on for 27 matches, now. Which of the two will break today, if at all?

Xavi has had to make a brave call in midfield today, with Andreas Christensen not fit enough to start. Frenkie de Jong rejoins the midfield after injury, with Ilkay Gundogan likely filling in as the holding midfielder.

Sergi Roberto has taken the third spot in this setup, coming off great performances vs Atletico Madrid and Las Palmas.

There are no changes to the attacking trident, with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha flanking Robert Lewandowski from the right and left, respectively.

In defence, meanwhile, Ronald Araujo returns to the side after missing the last game due to a knock. He is joined by Pau Cubarsi in central defence.

Jules Kounde will have the responsibility of covering the right-back spot, while Joao Cancelo provides width from the left. This back-four will screen Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Confirmed Barça XI: ter Stegen; Kounde, Araujo, Cubarsi, Cancelo; Roberto, Gundogan, de Jong; Yamal, Lewandowski, Raphinha
