The “original Ronaldo” as some like to call him, the Brazilian striker is one of the best players to ever grace the football pitch. Ronaldo spent just one season with Barcelona as a youngster, but he had a great goal-scoring season there. He joined Real Madrid later on, after a five-year stint with Inter Milan.
Ronaldo is one of the greatest strikers to ever play for Real Madrid, which is why it’s bizarre that he only lifted the La Liga trophy once. Still, the two-time Ballon d’Or winner was an incredible success in La Liga.
A true Galactico, Ronaldo took no time to reintroduce himself to the Spanish crowd, as he scored a brace on his Real Madrid debut against Alaves in 2002. It was a tale of his career as he evoked fear in every defender he came up against.
