The Superliga has “a veintena of clubs” interested in the tournament


THE SUPERLEAGUE HAS CONTACTED 50 TEAMS

It has happened more than a month since it produced the court’s decision of Justice (TJUE) on if the UEFA and the FIFA attack against the European rules of Competition that has promoted to the Superliga European to be followed his way for ‘start’ the new competition contrived by Florentino Pérez and in which they keep Real Madrid or FC Barcelona, but to which have opposite several clubs in the last weeks.

Although they have not existed significant advances, because the competition has not found the formula to be able to ‘start’ as they wanted to, this Monday has revealed an interview of the cofounder of the company To22, Anas Laghrari, that is promoter of the Superliga, to ‘Ouest France’ in which it has confessed that trust the plan of feasibility of the competition, with two key points in his intervention: The number of clubs interested and the conviction that they will see the parties of free way.

The cofounder of To22 has explained, in concrete, that exists “a veintena of clubs very motivated by the project, although we want to convince to many more”. Still they are in negotiations with 30 teams more and are expecting of the answer. It is worth it to remember that in the format that presented the Superliga, in December, the competition consists of three divisions: Star League, Gold League and Blue League. The first and second divide in 16 teams, in two groups of eight, whereas the third will be of 32 clubs in four groups of eight teams each one.

The new ‘window’ of the football free

On the other hand, it has spoken on the conviction that have the founders that the competition will see to world-wide level of free way: “Why pay €40, €50, €60 or €170 as in Spain to the month to be able to see football when you can do it free? I have listened aseverar that go to have a party by day that will be free or that it will be three months free and afterwards will be necessary to pay. No. All the parties will be free and for ever”, began saying.

Laghrari, besides, has explained the form in which Unify would generate income to delete the advertisings, putting the example of other companies: “Gmail is free, WhatsApp is free, Instagram is free… And however generates a lot of money by user. You, in Rennes, will not see the same advertising that somebody here in Madrid. You do not want advertising? Choose by a payment of 10 euros to the month”, sentenced.
