Deco sees Raphinha and Ronald Araujo as the two players most likely to be sold by Barcelona
Barcelona sporting director Deco has two players in mind that he thinks the club are most likely to sell this summer if financial problems mean top stars must be offloaded.
The two players in question are none other than Raphinha and Ronald Araujo, according to Laia Tudel at Catalunya Radio.
Both players would command a high transfer fee if they were sold, although it’s felt that neither are particularly interested in leaving Barca.
Of course Deco used to represent Raphinha but had to step down from his role with the Brazilian after he took up his current post as sporting director.
It’s thought that Raphinha has not taken on a new agent, meaning any talks over his future will have to be face-to-face in the summer. Awkward.
Meanwhile, Araujo has been linked with a move away for a while now. Bayern Munich are said to be keen on the defender but it’s not clear if they will move for the Uruguayan in the summer with the Bavarians yet to find a replacement for outgoing coach Thomas Tuchel.
