That is because Flick is ‘crazy’ about coaching Barcelona. He is excited about leading the Catalan club’s project in the years to come.
Formerly a sextuple winner with Bayern Munich, Flick has other clubs pursuing him. But his priority is to coach Barcelona.
The Catalans themselves are aware that the German tactician is willing to wait, even though there are concerns within the board over the coach’s lack of proficiency in Spanish or English.
The Xavi problem for Flick
